That’s clearly a complex capital structure. The capitalization table on the right only has common stock, options, and some convertible debt spread across 12 holders. If organized in a clean and auditable manner (which takes about 3 minutes to do), both of those companies have their capital structures imported into a living venture dashboard in a matter of seconds.
